👋 Hola! I'm Ignasi Ferrús.
I'm a 3D Animation and VFX student at La Salle in Barcelona, finishing my final degree project: a fully 3D animated trailer built around a production pipeline I designed and run myself, using ShotGrid with Tik Manager.
What I enjoy most is the side of production that keeps everything else standing without anyone noticing, a schedule that keeps a team pointed in the same direction, a naming convention that saves someone an afternoon, notes that actually get read after the meeting ends. That instinct comes from having one foot on the artistic side too: lighting and surfacing are what pulled me into this industry in the first place, and having sat at that end of the pipeline is exactly why I know what a schedule or a task needs to look like for the person actually doing the work.
Outside of production, I'm the kind of person who rewatches a film just to notice how it's lit, camera always close by for photography, and usually with a very demanding dog supervising whatever I'm doing.
